Here's how you'll contribute :

• Write, test, and debug client-side and server-side scripts.
• Manage applications including migration, downloading, and installing, and managing source code.
• Provide Level 2 end user/system support of platform within defined SLAs.
• Working with Stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Creating documentation and stories.
• Completing development work.
• Reviewing changes with peers.
• Migration of code to upper Environments.

We’re looking for someone with :

1. Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
2. Evaluation of new features within ServiceNow.
3. Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
4. Experience in API integrations with other systems.
5. Experience with Automated Testing Framework (ATF).
6. Experience with Integration HUB.
7. Experience creating Technical Documentation.
8. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
